America Conde is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Mental Health Counselor Intern (MHCI), who has been providing ABA services to children, adolescents, and adults for over 6 years. America graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. Once completing her first internship in undergrad she knew she wanted to pursue this career further and earned her Master of Science in Counseling with specializations in Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis and Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. America has a profound passion for the field and working with her clients to provide the best treatment possible. Throughout her career she has held many leadership positions such as Social Skills Director, Clinic Services Coordinator, and Senior Program Manager. Additionally, America’s experience ranges from conducting behavior assessments, parent training, supervising clinicians, and developing individualized treatment plans to increase different skills sets and decrease or replace maladaptive behaviors. She has experience working with a range of individuals with Neurodevelopmental Disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Developmental Disability, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, Learning Disorders, as well as Psychological Disorders such as depression, anxiety, OCD, and Brain Disorders such as lissencephaly and epilepsy. America’s passion, love, and dedication for what she does propels her to continue to stay up to date with the latest research where she attends different ABA conferences around the country to provide the best services possible to her clients.
