Daniella Cordoves is a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and has been working in the ABA field since 2014. She discovered her love for the field after taking her first applied behavior analysis course at FIU. After working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a few years, she realized it was more than just a job and she really began to love it, which is why she became a Behavior Analyst. After completing her Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Psychology (with a concentration in applied behavior analysis) in 2016, she began her Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is looking forward to completing her Masters in ABA and becoming a BCBA. Daniella has worked with young children and adolescents with ASD and other developmental disorders. She has enjoyed training parents and teachers and always promotes a collaborative environment where all individuals can work together as a team. Helping individuals become more independent while assisting them in achieving an overall better quality of life is what truly keeps her going. She has worked one-on-one with individuals and also in social skills group settings and hopes to one day develop more opportunities for vocational skills programs in the ABA field.
