Natalie Herrera is a Cuban American, born and raised in South Florida. She is currently attending Florida International University. Natalie came to know and love the field of Applied Behavior Analysis through family, friends, and her many years of working for Miami- Dade County Public Schools. She began working with children at a young age both in and outside of the classroom. After a year of working as a classroom Paraprofessional she became more passionate about working with children with developmental disabilities/ Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Seeing the change that ABA brought to these children and families gave her the boost she needed to pursue a career in Applied Behavioral Analysis and continue her education in the field. Natalies goal is to provide the best service possible to her clients and their families. Natalie is currently taken the necessary steps to become a BCaBA within the next year.
