Gretel Diaz is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree in Psychology and a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. Gretel started working in the field of applied behavior analysis since 2013 and gaining experience with children under the Autism Spectrum disorder, children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and typical children in the foster program. Her experience consists of conducting behavioral assessments; developing and implementing individualized behavior programs to increase language, social, academic and independent living skills; and reducing problem behaviors by teaching replacement behaviors, to a range of children from 2 years old to 15 years old. She has also conducted parent training programs and staff trainings. Her passion for ABA and the love for children drive her work. As well, she is in a constant state of learning to become better in her profession and provide her clients with the best possible services.
