Jackie Lopez is a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with a passion for helping children and their families. She began studying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Florida International University (FIU). Early in her studies, Jackie became very interested in being a part of a field that has proven to be so effective at making positive developmental and behavioral changes in such a wide range of people. In 2016 she began working as a Behavior Therapist with young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and was immediately fascinated by the results of applying early interventions and parent training. She finds it extremely rewarding to see the progress made by the children she works with as well as the happiness it brings to them and their families. Jackie is currently in her graduate studies at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) in pursuit of a Master’s Degree in Counseling with concentration in Advanced Behavior Analysis and plans to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) after graduating.
