Nikita Whitely is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Nikita was born in Hartford, Connecticut and raised in Miami, Florida. Nikita holds a certificate through Verbal Behavior Institute where she also received her training. Initially, she has past experience with over 200 community service hours coaching minors in basketball, and devoted personal time being a choir teacher for the youths at church. In the past year, Nikita also has volunteered at Martinʼs group home for children with autism. In this important leadership role, Nikita acknowledges her passion for behavior analysts and her love for children. Her professional service is long and varied, she specializes in working with children and students who struggle with mental health issues and challenging behaviors. Nikita’s particular interest is to serve these children in need by applying her teachings of behavioral interventions, focusing on parent and professional training.
