Ximena Baez, is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) born and raised in Quito, Ecuador. While completing her bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Clinical Psychology in her home country, she realized the lack of professionals qualified to treat children with special needs. For this reason, she decided to obtain further education in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field in the United States. She has recently obtained her Master of Science (M.S.) in ABA at the University of Miami. Her experience in ABA includes working with children and adolescents in clinical settings and more. Additionally, she has experience in the assessment and treatment of problem behavior. Ximena’s desire is to become a well-rounded BCBA in order to help improve the ABA services in her country. In addition, one of Ximena’s goal is to help bring awareness to the community of those diagnosed with special needs.
