Social Skills Group for your Kids
Bring your child to our Social Skills Group for (SSG) to help enhance social communication skills with other children!
Social Skills Group enrollment request and approval confirmations must be made via firstname.lastname@example.org only.
- Enrollment must be requested via e-mail pending approval.
- Notification will. be sent via e-mail to Confirm your child's enrollment of the term.
- Please note that cancellations are subject to cancellation fees (see service agreement form).
- Enrollment documents must be updated if needed.

- 3. In-Office Session Agreement Form.
