Ana Leon
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Ana Leon is a Registered Behavior Technician, who attended Florida International University and obtained a Bachelors in Psychology. She is currently working on her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Capella University. Ana has a passion to work with kids and prior to becoming an RBT gained experience while volunteering in aftercare programs along with Special Olympics and Autism Speaks Walk. She has had the great opportunity to work in several other areas such as in-home and school settings. Ana’s interest to work with kids with Autism and similar diagnosis came very early on in her education. It all began at a school where students with special needs were given buddies to help them feel integrated into school social activities. After all these experiences, her passion to work with kids has grown more and more everyday she gets to do what she loves. Ana is looking forward to expanding her knowledge and is looking forward to continuing to provide her help and guidance through her job in ABA.
