Gina Little
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Gina Little is a bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who began her career in the field by interning for Crystal Minds Beginning in November of 2013. When completing her undergraduate degree at Florida International University she discovered her passion for teaching and advocating for individuals with disabilities while taking a course for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
She has over 10 years experience working with individuals ages 18 months to 31 years of age. Gina has experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Attention Deficit & Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and intellectual disabilities. She has collaborated with other therapists including mental health counselors, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech language pathologists, teachers, and parents to better help her clients. Her main goal is to help her clients decrease maladaptive behaviors, become as independent as possible, learn new skills, help them increase their communication skills and overall improve their quality of life.
Gina completed her undergraduate degree in December of 2015, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and graduated at the top of her class. In May of 2022 she earned a Master of Arts in Special Education with a Concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University.
Gina’s favorite part of her career is seeing her client learn a new skill, it is incredibly rewarding and makes her day every time. She understands and enjoys celebrating her client’s gains when they are able to learn and/or master a new skill.
