Laura Morales

Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Laura Morales is a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who graduated from Florida International University (FIU). In 2019, she started working in the field of ABA as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Laura gained experience working one-on-one with children with autism and different diagnosis. She found so much joy in helping kids with special needs that two years later she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. She finds gratification in spending time helping kids grow and overcome their limitations. Laura became a BCaBA in early April of 2022. Since then, she has gained experience conducting supervision and parent training. Laura is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in ABA at Ball State University. Subsequent to completion, she hopes to become a BCBA to help individuals with developmental disabilities solve behavior related issues in all sorts of environments.
