Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Quintin Ramdass is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), who has almost two years of experience working with children with intellectual disabilities as an RBT. They attended Florida International University and obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2018. During undergrad, they completed the Behavior Analysis course sequence to be able to sit for the BCaBA exam. Quintin has a passion for both science and art.

They combine their creativity and analytical skills to achieve the best approach for clients that is both engaging and scientific-based. In the future, Quintin hopes to become a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to train new RBTs in the field.
