Conan Calleja
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Conan Calleja is a bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 5 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). He has worked with a wide variety of clients including both children and adults ranging from ages 2 to 60. Conan has helped clients with developmental disabilities, neuro developmental disorders, children in foster care, and adults with psychotic disorders. Conan’s entry into the field of ABA began during his studies at Florida International University (FIU) where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He then became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2017 and began working with children diagnosed under the umbrella of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). During this time, he additionally started to work as an RBT course instructor, teaching in both English and Spanish, where he trained and helped others who were interested in entering the field. Conan graduated from FIU in 2017 and began pursuing a Master’s degree in ABA with an emphasis in autism, which he completed in 2019. Shortly after, Conan became a BCBA, where he was able to work directly with clients, as well as supervise RBTs. Conan’s work as a BCBA has provided him with experience in developing and implementing individualized behavior support plans, as well as providing parent training and supervision of RBTs. Throughout his time as a BCBA, Conan’s passion for teaching and positively impacting others using the science of ABA has grown. He continues to work with clients as well as teach psychology classes at the undergraduate level.
