Grethel Bolaños

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Grethel Bolaños started her journey back when she worked for Miami Dade County Public Schools aftercare program six years ago.  After working alongside with a child and the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapist she saw that implementing ABA makes such a positive change.  It was at that moment that Grethel knew that this was her calling. In addition, Grethel is currently enrolled at Florida International University (FIU).  She’s currently a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and is seeking to become a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and with time become a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Grethel has been working as an RBT for three years now with a variety of different clients and behaviors.  Furthermore, Grethel has experience implementing PECS and is PECS certified.  Grethel is always eager to learn and work as a team with her coworkers, supervisors, and the client’s families. Grethel is grateful for each opportunity she’s been given throughout her career and for being part of a wonderful company.
