Kassandra is an extremely motivated and driven individual who is always seeking to grow in every aspect of her life. Born and raised in South Florida, where she graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, minor degree in entrepreneurship and a second minor in social media marketing. Kassandra is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis to become a behavior analyst in the next year. From being a babysitter, tutor, swimming coach and assisting in clinics, she has over eight years of experience working and teaching kids in all age ranges. When Kassandra was in high school, she was a member of a club assisting special needs students. It was then when she was impacted and realized that she wanted to pursue a degree where she can make every individual feel as if they were not left behind. In college, she was a member of the American Marketing Association and Psi Chi (psychology honors society). Her motivation for becoming a BCBA derives within her inspiration of growth and in the progress of her clients. It was always her dream to teach and shape minds which then shifted to the behavior aspect. Kassandra’s compassion for the field of ABA can be seen in the beneficial impact she makes in each of the individuals she works with.
