Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Kimberly Cruz is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with five years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). During her time in the ABA field, she has obtained experience working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities, ages 18 months to 17 years old, in the home, clinical, and school settings. Kimberly began working in the field of ABA as a behavior therapist in 2016 and became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2017. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University in 2017, she became a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). She worked as a BCaBA for 3 years while working towards obtaining a master’s degree. In May 2021, she graduated from Arizona State University with a Master of Arts Degree in Special Education and became a BCBA in December 2021. Kimberly’s passion for ABA began during her undergrad studies, where she learned how ABA can be used to make meaningful change in the lives of clients and their families. She is dedicated to using scientifically backed interventions and working with families to create significant behavior change, thereby improving quality of life and future outcomes.
