Latoya Thompson is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Ms. Thompson has always been a very hard worker, an independent responsible, and a motivated individual. Ms. Thompson climbed up the Miami Dade County Public Schools (MDCPS) employment ladder starting at a very young age. She has worked in various capacities from a cafeteria worker, skilled clerical worker, community Involvement specialist, Data Input Specialist, and currently holds a job title of a Principal’s Secretary / Treasurer. Although Ms. Thompson is multifaceted in the workplace, she still finds time to do what she loves doing best, helping others achieve their full potential. Ms. Thompson plans on going back to school to become a Behavior Analyst and helping those less fortunate, which is her passion.
