Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Sarah Francis is a driven and caring individual, passionate about seeing change through her work. Sarah graduated early from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During her time there, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science. Sarah has had the opportunity to work with people of all ages with various developmental disorders. With years of volunteer experience in healthcare, she decided to learn more about where she could truly make an impact. After a developmental psychopathology class where she learned more about autism, she looked into Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Shortly after she proceeded to obtain her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Sarah plans to pursue her studies in ABA and ultimately become a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
