Stephanie Herrera is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, she has had the pleasure of working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for over seven years. She discovered the field of ABA while completing her undergraduate degree at Florida International University (FIU) in 2011. Stephanie quickly delved into the field of ABA working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. After working with her first client and seeing how implementing ABA could make such a positive change in her client’s life she knew that ABA was her calling. Stephanie has had the opportunity to work with various individuals of all ages and backgrounds. (FIT) In 2014, Stephanie became a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Shortly after she began to purse a Master’s degree in Counselor Education with a track in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Simultaneously, she was completing all the required ABA courses at Florida Institute of Technology. In 2017 Stephanie obtained her Master’s degree at Florida International University, in addition to, completing all necessary coursework required by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board at FIT. Stephanie became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2018. Over the past seven years she has been able to serve dozens of families and provide service’s both in home and at schools throughout Miami Dade and Broward County. Stephanie is grateful for all the opportunities she has had throughout her career and for being a part of such a great company.
